Refund and cancellation terms may differ between individual sessions, courses, programmes, subscriptions and digital products. By completing a purchase you confirm that the applicable refund terms were made available before payment.
Graplus Academy is committed to providing transparent, fair and learner-centric educational services. This Refund, Cancellation & Consumer Protection Policy ("Policy") explains the circumstances in which a Learner may cancel a purchase, request a refund, reschedule a session or receive an alternative remedy.
This Policy applies to purchases and bookings made through the Graplus Academy website, application, learning-management system, payment links, authorised representatives and other official Graplus channels. It should be read together with the Graplus Academy Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.
Graplus Academy will administer this Policy in accordance with applicable Indian consumer-protection and e-commerce laws. Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory statutory right available to a consumer.
1Products and Services Covered
This Policy applies, as applicable, to:
The specific refund terms applicable to a particular product shall be displayed to the Learner before payment is completed. Where a product-specific refund condition is more favourable to the Learner than this Policy, the more favourable condition shall apply.
2Pre-Purchase Refund Disclosure
Before a Learner completes a purchase, Graplus shall clearly disclose, where applicable:
3Session Cancellation by the Learner
For individually scheduled tutoring, mentoring, coaching, counselling or training sessions, the following cancellation schedule applies unless a different product-specific policy is displayed before booking.
Full Refund Available
75% Refund
The remaining 25% may be retained towards administrative and scheduling costs, provided such charge was disclosed before booking and is not otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Generally Non-Refundable
The session will ordinarily be non-refundable. However, Graplus may consider genuine exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
No Refund
If the Professional is ready and available and the Learner does not attend, the session will ordinarily be treated as a completed/consumed session and no refund will be payable. Graplus may retain attendance records or joining logs to establish Professional availability.
4Rescheduling
Where a Learner cannot attend a scheduled session, Graplus may permit rescheduling subject to:
- Professional availability
- Advance notice
- The applicable programme rules
- Any limits on the number of permitted reschedules
A rescheduled session does not automatically create a new refund entitlement. Where rescheduling is offered as an alternative to cancellation, the applicable terms will be communicated to the Learner.
5Course and Programme Refunds
Courses and programmes differ from individual sessions. Accordingly, a separate refund window may apply and shall be clearly displayed before purchase.
Before Commencement
A Learner who requests cancellation before the scheduled start of a course or programme may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, subject to any clearly disclosed non-refundable component and applicable law.
After Commencement
Eligibility for refund may depend on the date of the refund request, whether live classes have been attended, whether digital lessons have been accessed, materials downloaded, assessments attempted, or personalised services delivered. The applicable schedule is displayed on the relevant purchase page.
Note: Failure to attend or use a course after purchase does not automatically constitute cancellation. However, this shall not prevent a refund where required because of service deficiency, misrepresentation or failure to provide the purchased service.
